Here is the original picture I took.
I then digitally cut her out and added a background and the wording.

I did not have them printed as photographs, rather I printed them on regular paper with my inkjet, and then mounted them onto pieces of scrapbooking paper.
Actually there are two versions because I could not decide between the two shots.
