Just Bite Me!

I'm sorry Amanda, but I really hated this cake.

It totally kicked my butt.

I had to trash about 2 1/2 partly frosted cakes, and maybe 4 batches of buttercream.

Maybe the only part of the cake that was easily done. The flowers...


I know it looks like it's covered in coffee grounds, but really it's not. Those are black sparkle sprinkles. Apparently vampires sparkle? News to me.

Second attempt at dripping blood. The first time I just dripped some dyed Karo syrup, but that failed totally and completely. Second try, much better


Of course Emo boy here would not stand up by himself on top of the cake.

Here he is on his perch, briefly.

There most certainly was a head shaped dent on the back of the cake at one point.

As a special touch, when cut, the top tier was red on the inside.

And then it started to bleed.

EW!

Yeah, rest assured no one else will have a cake like this from me again.
