Since moving to Germany I have developed a series of medical conditions. This requires me to go to our local German hospital at least once a week, sometimes more, to have blood work done.
Fun times, I know.
Anyway, the Doctor's office staff and the phlebotomists are so nice and helpful.
So, thank you cupcakes!
Oh yeah, and these are chocolate fudge cakes with buttercream frosting and fondant decorations.
